## Narrative

Employees were using a port-a-power to hold steering tire at full turn position.  Employee's did not have the proper length of ram so they were using a block to make up the difference. Ram snapped out of place and struck injured employee on his right chin area requiring five stitches. No Lost Time -Employee returned to work with a full released after the doctor visit.
