Narrative

Employee was using a 4"" grinder with flapper wheel attached in a kneeling position. Upon completing his task effected employee released the trigger and started to stand up when the back of his right hand came in contact with the still rotating flapper wheel causing a laceration to the back of his hand requiring 4 stitches.
