## Narrative

Employee advised on 12/12/2010 that he was experiencing neck pain. He was sent for medical eval; diagnostic testing shows multilevel, chronic, degenerative issues in the cervical area. Since we are unable to determine how much, if any, of the cervical issues are work and non-work related, medical care on 3/31/2011 relative to his neck will be handled as an OI claim.
