## Narrative

During the drilling for ground support, while holding steel with left hand and the jackleg in an upright position with his right hand, employee pushed drill steel up, and immediately felt pain on his left shoulder.  Employee did not miss work and incident was not reportable injury until surgery, employee's first day away was 4-11-11.
