## Narrative

The injured employee and a maintenance supervisor were trying to lift a drill feed cylinder on the back of a mantrip.  While trying to lift the cylinder, the employee stated his right shoulder popped and he suddenly felt a sharp pain.   He continued to work until 4/4/11 when he had surgery to repair his shoulder.
