## Narrative

While hanging mine curtain felt pain in left knee. Not sure if he twisted it or not. He was seen at Brodaus Hospital, he was examined and an x-ray was taken. All pins were still in place and the ACL surgery appeared to be fine. He returned to work without missing any scheduled days. Note; this injury occurred on 9/8/10 and became a reportable injury on 4/14/11.
