While operating the miner on No. 4 unit, the employee got something in his eye. Flushing with water was unsuccessful and the object was removed by a doctor. This injury report was observed during an internal review of the 1st quarter reportable injuries. It was designated as reportable, but not yet submitted to MSHA.
