## Narrative

He was performing his regular duties as a mechanic using a chain fall when he felt pain in his right shoulder. He continued to work at his regular duties until April 11, 2011 when he was removed from work for shoulder surgery. His MRI indicates tendonopothy & degenerative changes. This & his 35 years of mining experience support occupational illness. MRI report included.
