## Narrative

EE was using an air lance 2 dislodge remaining mat'l with air. He jabbed at the blockage 2x & hot mat'l came out door burning ee ear. He then came 2 ctrl room 4 assistance. At no time did we believe that there was any hot mat'l remaining to drop above the tipping valve door as it was completely cleaned out during 1st step of job.
