## Narrative

Employee was removing a lintel cooling box from east side of furnace. As box was being removed, it came off the lip and abruptly shifted.  It is top heavy so the load fell with the top tipping backward and bottom coming out.  Employee's finger was caught by movement of the box and struck by box hitting angle iron bracing outside of furnace.
