He was performing his regular duties of carrying pipe when he slipped and fell causing pain in his lower back. He went to a physician and is diagnosed with severe degenerative disc disease with pars defects, and grade 1 anterolisthesis. MRI report included. Occupational illness due to degenerative disc disease as described in the physician report.
