## Narrative

Employee was transporting HDPE pipe on a Boom Truck. He stopped to re-secure the load which was tied down with a chain binder. As he was retightening the load the cheater bar slipped off the chain binder handle and he was struck in the face resulting in a fractured mandible (rt side)
