## Narrative

Employee stepped up onto the platform at the rear of a tractor trailer in order to disconnect a hose. A strong gust of wind blew past him and he lost his balance. He jumped from the platform to the ground landing on both feet but immediately fell to the ground unable to get up. He was diagnosed with a fractured tibia.
