## Narrative

EE was stepping over car cable with cable under his foot to pick up curtain when equipment was energized and cable reel came on.  EE was thrown from equipment, resulting in a dislocation to his right shoulder. EE has since then been referred to an Orthopedic Surgeon for possible surgery and will be off work on Workmans Comp for an uncertain period of time.
