## Narrative

Pulling on super stucco hose on a long wall power move, the hose slipped out of hand and the end hose fitting hit left foot above meta-tarsal on boot. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
