## Narrative

Employee was standing on the tracks of a CAT D9L dozer while passing the fuel hose to the operator.  The employee slipped on the wet, muddy track and fell to the arm for the dozer blade.  He then also further fell to the ground and hurt his shoulder trying to stop his fall.
