## Narrative

As the miner operator was loading his last car on the left side of a blow through he noticed a pile of coal in the cut was possibly burning. It was determined through company and MSHA investigation that a methane bleeder from the mine floor and sparks from the miner bits is what possibly caused the ignition. No one was injured and no equipment was damaged.
