## Narrative

While exiting the area the employee stepped onto a false ceiling and fell. The employee was conscious and alert after the fall and the personal protective equipment in place protected him from serious injury. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation. X-rays were taken of various parts of the employees body and an approx. 1/16"" fracture was located in his left heel.
