Narrative

A roof fall occurred in the #9 seam of coal in the 2nd Southwest Mains at crosscut #20 in the #10 entry. The fall measured approximately 35'x18'x6'. The area was supported with 6' tension rebar bolts, 8' extension bolts and cribs.
