Employee was troubleshooting a power problem on Cm-03 continuous miner on the Tailgate Unit. He contacted a live 110 volt power lead and the frame with his right hand. The accident happened at 4:30 AM. He received a 3rd degree burn to his right hand. Tailgate Unit is 002 Unit.
