Narrative

Installing the 3 lower sections on the 3B classifying cyclones. While lifting the section and positioning it in place he felt pain in his left wrist. He continued to have pain but continued working at his regular duties. On May 19, 2011 he was removed from work for surgery to repair a TFCC tear in his left wrist.
