## Narrative

Performing maintenance on an ""out of service"" stamler unit. While installing flight chain bar, worker inadvertently placed left index finger in pinch point. Due to miscommunication, 2nd worker pulled chain causing chain to tighten catching workers left index finger. High noise levels contributed to accident. No equipment was damaged and mining operations were not impaired
