## Narrative

Employee was laying track in the track entry & lifting ties. EE went to the hospital for x-rays. X-rays showed nothing. Was sent home. Doctor said EE had a muscle spasm & came back to work with a no lost time accident. EE worked until 5/27/2011. At that time EE returned to the doctor again & the doctor at that time put him off work until further tests could be run.
