## Narrative

Employee was operating long reach fork-lift. When exiting the fork-lift the employee stepped down to the ground with his left foot. When the employee stepped down he indicated that he stepped on a piece of limestone and experienced pain in his left knee. Medical evaluation of the employee indicates that the employee suffers from Degenerative Joint Disease in the left knee.
