EE & another ee were doing safety repairs to aggregate plant. EE walked to fix guard and fell down onto pile of aggregate hurting his left arm, shoulder neck right elbow and left leg and lower back. scraping fingers he was given first aid and refused to go to hospital and continued working. He reported to workers comp on Monday the 6th
