## Narrative

EE was working to replace a conveyor belt.  He was using a knife to cut the conveyor belt.  As he was making the cut, the knife slipped, causing a laceration in his left forearm that required sutures to repair.  EE returned to work after medical treatment.  No lost work days or restricted duty.
