Narrative

While hosing down top of stageloader with back to rib he was struck by a rib that fell. A piece of rock approximately 10 feet long X 6 feet high X 2 feet thick pushed him against the stageloader gear box resulting in fracture to the right leg and nose and multiple lacerations on his face, as well as burns to both legs.
