## Narrative

Suspected heat/dehydration - Miner's regular air conditioned machine had went down - Operator was using a back up loader without air conditioning for approximately 2:50 hr. Outside temp. was in mid 90's - Miner was down for approximately 20 min. before rescue arrived.
