## Narrative

The surface Westinghouse transformer located on the surface at Substation #1 was noticed to be on fire. Upon investigation it was determined that a Yellow belly Marmot had crawled up on the transformer and shorted it out.dept. The damage resulted to limitations to underground operations, total loss of transformer, electric structure and the use of one main ventilation fan.
