## Narrative

EE were working on #13 ball mill installing Shell Liners.  He was crawling thru the Discharge trunion to enter the Mill when dirt came from over head into his Left eye.  Flushed eyes and went home for night. EE fell asleep.  When he woke up he felt irritation.   Went to Urgent Care and physician stated debris was in eye.  Physician wanted EE to take night off.
