## Narrative

Employee was installing Q-decking on the steel square sets on the Tailgate unit and came in contact with a burr on the edge of one of the steel sets, causing a laceration on the back of his right wrist. He was taken to the hospital and received 4 stitches on his wrist and returned to work.
