## Narrative

While repairing the dust section hose on the roof bolter, EE accidentally placed his left hand in a pinch point then lifted the head causing the leveling arms to smash his ring finger. He received several stitches to close the wound.REVISED Reports from WC show an amputation of the tip of the ring finger.
