Narrative

After scaling loose roof rock in previously bolted area belt - R1, a roof bolt that was previously tight to roof was now protruding away from the roof. As Injured pushed exposed roof bolt tight to the mine roof, his right hand, that he had resting on the drill head, got pinched between the drill head and the safety post canopy causing a laceration requiring stitches.
