Narrative

2 emps. were taking down emulsion line after power move. Piece of line burst, spraying emulsion into one of the emps. face. This caused the employee to inadvertently hit a hydraulic lever on the piece of equipment they were using to work off of causing the injured employee to strike his head on the mine roof.
