## Narrative

Injured employee was assisting fellow employee pull bolter cable slack when he caught his ankle between the rib corner and the cable and was knocked to the ground as it was being pulled by the scoop. Injured employee continued to work until 6/17 when he began to miss work as a result of a back strain.
