## Narrative

Employee was on the SFM 1 clay settling area checking water level at the #12 Spillway. After dropping in 2 boards at the spillway, the employee was climbing back up the stairs when he noticed wasps around his legs and some flying towards his face. Employee swatted at wasps rapidly when he felt his Left shoulder ""pop"". In addition, he was stung by a wasp on his Left hand.
