EE reported on 03/21/2011 that on 03/18/2011 he was conducting routine work when he felt a ""pop"" in his left knee. Employer is ""Red Lining"" this case due to late report. EE had surgery on his left knee on 07/06/2011. Employer contends that this is not a work related injury.
