Narrative

A roof fall was discovered on the B-1 Panel in the IE-1B2 Inlet. The area was bolted with 8' Super Twist bolts, 12' PT cable bolts, and 10 cribs. The fall was 2000' outby the feeder. No ventilation, people, or equipment was affected, but IE was moved for safety reasons (plan approved).
