Narrative

Employee was going to change a screen and was looking for the correct size of screen at the Secondary Wash Plant. The screen was in a stack and 2 of the screens fell and smashed his left hand into an I-beam breaking left index finger & cutting left thumb. Was given a splint and is restricted to ""no use"" of left hand.
