Narrative

Employee took voluntary audiometric test that indicated a possible threshold shift. An appointment was made with a Dr of Audiology for 7/7/2011. The employee was tested and a STS was confirmed. The report was sent to the company in which the Dr stated that the ""Testing does not provide obvious evidence that the STS is entirely due to work environment""
