Narrative

EE was cleaning up the last couple of buckets in Hwy 12 AY East. When he was cleaning along the toe of the Rib a slab of material came off of Rib hitting the front of the loader. Material slid down the boom and through the windshield. The glass gut EE's hand and the material pushed the dash down temporarily pinning him.
