## Narrative

EE was walking and his hip/leg gave out causing him to fall. The EE has a pre-exist. condition had a hip replacement in 1985. The EE had previously mentioned that the doctor said it was worn out and had to be replaced. The continued pressure exerted on the hip on a daily basis caused to fracture where the prosthesis joins the femur.
