The #8 elevator was out of service for a period of time exceeding 30 minutes during to the car would not land properly at the top landing and would go into over travel. Schindler elevator company was called and replaced the switchers on the top elevator door. The car was tested and place back into serves @5:30pa. No individuals were on the elevator at the time.
