Narrative

Employee reported that when twisting while roof bolting he felt a pain in his left knee. Diagnosed as ""Osteochrondritis Dissects (OCD) a disease caused by a repetitive injury that take place over an extended period of time that may have initially developed when he was a kid. Employee has worked full duty until 7/20/11 off for pre op and had surgery 07/21/11.
