Narrative

EE was loading supplies onto the 19-w continuous miner at the face area. When placing a bundle of roof bolts on the miner the bundle of bolts fell and the EE attempted to catch them. EE caught the right hand between the bolts and the rib pinner. Fracture to the right pinky finger palm.
