The newly installed Lilly for the main hoist was thought to be improperly adjusted by the oncoming hoist operator as the over speed would kick the hoist ""too quickly"" (it was working). It was later determined that it was in fact, working properly. This does not meet the definition of a reportable accident and this report is being filled out under an abundance of caution.
