## Narrative

EE has missed many days of work in the past 3 yrs, health and heart related. He is on heart and diabetic medications. He is assigned to the least strenuous job. We insure he has plenty of break and refreshment periods as he wants them. The conditions that lead to him fainting while on a break are unknown. Low potassium may have contributed. He is full duty 5am 7/25/2011
