Narrative

Two employees were in the process of closing a raw water block valve to TA-56. As both employees were working together to close the valve, one employee felt pain in his left shoulder. The employee went and sought medical attention with an Orthopedic Surgeon who prescribed an MRI. The MRI indicated that an the employee had an acute tear to his rotator cuff.
