A fall of local roof material (not above the bolt anchorage point) was discovered at 41xc in #4 entry of North Mains Belt. Report is being submitted subsequent to citation #7022223 citing operator failure to contact MSHA within 15 min on the accident (roof potted out)... This in no way indicates the operator is in agreement with MSHA's decision that this was a reportable incident
