A fall of roof occurred in the 4th Right Panel off of the 2nd South West Submain at crosscut 15 - 16, # 1 Entry. The fall measured approximately 18 feet wide x 100 feet long x 7 feet thick. The area was supported with 5 foot fully grouted roof bolts.
